Coloradans for the Right to Our Wages

Earned wage access (EWA) products are a benefit that thousands of employers, from school districts to military bases to healthcare providers, are proud to provide to their employees. They allow Coloradans to access the wages they have already earned when they need them.

Without free, safe, and responsible EWA services, Coloradans may be forced to turn to riskier options, like high-interest credit cards or payday loans.

Passing House Bill 1046 will protect Coloradans’ rights to access their wages when they need them most.
